Oilfield Wellhead Flow Control Products High Pressure Plug Valve
Product Introduction
The plug valve produced by our company is designed for a wide range of standard and sour gas drilling production and well servicing appliancation with maximum pressure up to 15000psi. This kind valve features a compact structure, low torque,quick open/and close an easy operation. They are mostly applied on various oilfield manifold.
TR provides a customized design to meet each customer’s unique requirements.
Recommended service: Fracturing, cementing,acidizing and testing lines.
Operating Instructions
Fill the grease between the body and side segments with grease prior to use.
Perform hydrostatic tests prior to use to make sure that no leakage occurs.
Check whether the valve position is in match with the mark and rotate the plug cap 90 degree to see if the plug valve can be operated freely.
